#CelebrationOfGod!

#CelebrationOfGod - Prophet Isaiah is in definite celebration mode here for his people and for himself as he perceives in the Spirit the Victory of God over death and His defeat of all their enemies. He burst in praise to the delight of God I am sure. We may even say that the allusion to God's victory over death is in anticipation of the finished work of Messiah when he comes. Isaiah looked forward to the cross and bursted in praise.
How much more, you and me living in the aftermath of the cross... shouldn't we daily be on praise mode? For indeed God has done great things (John 3:16). So if you are a believer wherever you are right now get your praise on. Amen!

#DoYouKnowHim!

#DoYouKnowHim - The knowledge of God and Christ the Messiah is the key to maturity in the faith and our access to all things pertaining to life and godliness. As we increase in our knowledge of the person and works of Jesus Christ, God supplies us with all that we need to live a life worthy of His calling. Understand  that in the Christian faith there is a correlation between knowing right and living right. To used technical words we will say, orthodoxy always leads orthopraxis. That is Authentic doctrine will lead to proper or correct living or practice of the faith. This is the path to maturity and the security of the believer. This is what gives us the confidence and assurance of our salvation. That we know Him and are growing in our knowledge of Him.
How to do this you ask? Personally pray and read His word daily. Then do what the word says you must do. Selah!

#Forgiven!

#Forgiven - 1 John 1: 8-10! How wonderful is it to know that the Omniscient God choses never to remember our past confessed sins? We are all too familiar with the popular saying "forgive and forget." This phrase best captures how God approaches our confessed sins. But it is not always true for us. We generally say that we can forgive but we'll never to forget. What is unfortunate is that we approach our relationship with God in the same way despite the fact that scripture tells us that
He covers all our sins and remembers them no more. The result of failing to believe scripture on this matter loads us with an insurmountable sense of guilt over our past sins every time we step foot in God's presence. Yet, the Bible says if the son sets you free, you shall be free indeed.
So today my appeal to you is: believe scripture and reject the liar of Satan. Know this, God forgives your iniquity and covers your sins (meaning He remembers them no more).
Be freed in Jesus Name!

#TheGiftOfLife!

#TheGiftOfLife - God's world, God's rules! For many Rom.6:23 just like the rest of the bible is simply not prescriptive as far as they are concerned because their paradigm of life doesn't include the existence of a benevolent personal God, who has created all things and who has definite expectations on His creation according to His divine purpose.
Since therefore sin is a personal offense against a personal true and living God, reparation of such an offense can only be made on God's terms and not ours. The Christian faith clearly stipulates that our God has made known to us the terms on which we can be reconciled with Him. John 14:6, Acts 4:12.
All that is expected of Humanity is to accept God's  gift to be fully restored in our privileged position of God's stewards and personal representatives here on earth. Today If you hear his voice, do not harden your heart.
The time to come is now! Shalom

#AllHaveSinned!

#AllHaveSinned - This is simply the reality of our human existence and one of the greatest revelation and realization anyone can come upon. Understand that purpose is intrinsic to existence. In God's created world, man was made to be God's steward here on earth by ruling, subduing and having dominion over all of God's creation according to the pattern and will of God. This would have honored and glorified God and fulfilled our purpose. But our forefather Adam and Eve his wife were deceived by satan in attempting to operate beyond the scope of their purpose. As a result every human being is born with a defective heart condition which seeks after self-glorification and not God's glory, thus violating the very purpose of our existence.
The human heart needs fixing and this cannot be done without prior realization of our brokenness. We all have sinned and are short of God's glory. Amen!

#EvilvsGood!

#EvilvsGood - We often say "God is good, all the time and that is His nature." That is true! But dear Believers, if we are God's offspring... born not of human will but of God by His Spirit indwelling us, should we not also be good like He is good? And be perfect like our heavenly Father is perfect! Today's scripture is an appeal from Paul not to give room to evil... but overcome it with good. I will comment and say: because we are the good people of a good God... good is the only way we get to overcome. If we want heaven's support and God power to be displayed in our lives... then we will choose good not evil. I pray that God helps you see the truth and empowers you to abide in it.
Shalom!

#LordHaveMercy!

#LordHaveMercy - If you have never read Psalm 51, I strongly encourage you to make time and read the whole Psalm. It is quite fascinating to note David's spiritual insight on the absolution of sin (i.e: God's mercy and cleansing) in times when the law of Moses prescribed the blood of sheep, goats and other rituals and observances. The law was given to Israel to make them and the rest of the world aware of sin and its final consequences - death. So the observance of the law could only deepen the realization of mankind wretched state and our deepest need for a savior.
In this text David breaks the mold and turn directly to God for the absolution of his sin of adultery. This was made possible because David understood that sin has always been an offense of the human heart against God. As such no amount of animal sacrifices could right the offense of sin against our Holy God. Only a broken Heart and a contrite spirit are good enough to warrant use forgiveness.
So if you have sinned, cry out for mercy to God and you will be cleansed.
